Last night I watched New Girl while I was feeling bored and restless…10 minutes into the show I was holding a pair of scissors and watching YouTube how-to videos online. More specifically: how to cut your own hair. I’ve been wanting her bangs for a while because, well let’s face it, Zoeey D. is the most adorable person ever ever. But I hadn’t heard back from my friend who is, you know, qualified and licensed for such a task. And so I, never having learned patience, took matters into my own hands…literally.
I am not a spontaneous person, but occasionally I make spur of the moment, ill advised choices. Thank God they usually work out and that this was one of those times. Otherwise I would be laying in the street wearing sack cloth and openly weeping.
